Zitison currently ships to Hong Kong SAR and Macau.

Shipping Fee
For customers who order 10 pieces of products from Zitison, delivery charges are included.

Order Tracking
In most cases, your order would be delivered by S.F. Express.
For S.F. Express order after delivery appointment scheduled, please contact S.F. Express hotline at +852 2730 0273 for tracking your order delivery status.
For order before delivery appointment scheduled, please contact our customer hotline at +852 2730 0273.
Remarks: If orders are returned to us for reasons such as incorrect addresses, PO Boxes, failed delivery attempts or recipient’s refusal to the parcels, we can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged for re-delivery fees and the previous shipping fee(s) (if any) will not be refunded.

- Customer can enjoy free self-pickup service from S.F. Pickup point, store details please refer to https://www.sf-express.com/hk/tc/dynamic_function/S.F.Network/SF_store_address/
- Please select “S.F. Pickup Point” and S.F. Store accordingly for the order address
- Please enter valid mobile number for the order telephone detail to receive S.F. Express SMS notification which contains necessary pickup information
- Please refers to S.F. Express arrangement and SMS notification for the exact delivery date. Our company will not be responsible for any S.F. Express arrangement and not responsible for any loss incurred after the stock arrive S.F. Express Store.
- Customer has to pick up the item(s) at specified location within 3 days after receiving the SMS notification. Customer please call S.F. Express Customer Service Hotline +852 2730 0273 to rearrange pickup for overdue parcels.
- If customer does not pick up the item(s) within 5 working days upon item(s) arrival to S.F. Express Store, our company has right to cancel and request return of the order(s) without prior notice. Customer is responsible for all the charges and expenses incurred for any rearrangement.
- Customer can pick up the item(s) at S.F. Stores upon verifying receiver’s information.
- Zitison can change the terms and conditions at any point of time. In case of any dispute, our company reserves the rights of final and conclusive decision.
